פרויקט מבנה המחרטה במתחם קידון חיפה בוצע כחלק מפיתוח התשתיות והמבנים התפעוליים של רכבת ישראל. הפרויקט דרש אספקת ציוד מקצועי המתאים לעבודות בנייה בסביבה תפעולית, תוך תיאום עם צוותי האתר והתאמה לשלבי הביצוע וללוחות הזמנים שנקבעו.
האתגר בפרויקט
העבודה במתחם תפעולי חייבה תכנון מסודר של אספקת הציוד והתאמתו לתנאי השטח. היה צורך לספק את הכמויות הנדרשות בהתאם להתקדמות העבודה, תוך שמירה על רצף ביצוע וצמצום הפרעות לפעילות השוטפת במתחם.
