מבנה ההדרכה בלוד הוא פרויקט המיועד לתמוך בפעילות המקצועית והתפעולית של רכבת ישראל. במסגרת העבודות נדרש ציוד בנייה מקצועי המותאם למבנה, לשלבי ההקמה ולדרישות הביצוע באתר.
האתגר בפרויקט
הפרויקט דרש התאמה מדויקת בין הציוד לבין תוכניות המבנה והתקדמות העבודות. בנוסף, היה צורך לתאם את זמני האספקה ואת הכמויות הנדרשות, כדי לאפשר לצוותי האתר לעבוד ברציפות ובהתאם ללוח הזמנים.
